Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium Eau de Parfum is a rich floral oriental perfume for women by YSL with an unusual note of coffee, for an addictive and unique essence.

YSL Black Opium perfume is a new rich floral oriental fragrance for those with a rock n roll heart. Black Opium perfume is a warm and sweet spicy vanilla based gourmand oriental with light florals and coffee, to create a beautiful and much copied essence. YSL Black Opiutm EDP begins with a juicy combination of soft and sweet orange blossom, with juicy candied pear and pink pepper, which enlivens and lifts the fragrance. The heart of this complex and unashamedly sensual essence are dominated by that Black Coffee note that is softened and sweetened by Jasmine, Bitter Almond and Licorice. The base notes are Vanilla, Patchouli, Cedar and Cashmere Wood, for a long lasting, dry and a sweet finish.

Perfume: This is the extract or extrait of a fragrance and represents the scent in its purest form. This often creates a smooth and round texture, which is hard to achieve with the dilution represented in the other concentrations of fragrance.

Eau de Parfum (EDP): EDP is one of the most popular forms of fragrance. Eau de Parfum contains between seven to fourteen per cent of fragrance oils and perfume elixirs and is the second strongest, and longest lasting means of wearing a fine fragrance.

Eau de Toilette (EDT): EDT’s are not as highly concentrated in oils and elixirs as an EDP or Perfume would be and contain one to three per cent of fragrance oils.
